Reiki -Crystal Healing

Combining Reiki and crystal healing is a popular practice that aims to enhance the overall healing experience. Here are some ways Reiki and crystal healing are combined.:

1. Intention Setting:

A clear intention is set by both practitioner and client for healing. This could be a specific issue you want to address or a general intention for well-being and balance.

2. Crystal Placement:

Crystals are placed on or around the person receiving Reiki. Crystals are chosen based on their specific healing properties or intuitively select ones that feel right for the individual's needs.

3. Chakra Alignment:

For Chakra balancing, crystals are aligned with the body's chakras to enhance energy flow. For example, a clear quartz or amethyst crystal on the crown chakra and a rose quartz on the heart chakra.

4. Grids and Layouts:

To amplify the energy, crystal grids or layouts are created on and or aroundthe person receiving Reiki.

5. Reiki Symbols and Crystals:

Reiki symbols are incorporated into the crystal healing practice, combining both healing energy modalities for maximum effect.

6. Meditation and Visualization:

Meditation and visualization techniques may be incorporated to enhance the combined effects of Reiki and crystal healing. Clients are encouraged to visualize the energy flowing through them and the crystals.
